The tasting menu must be ordered by the entire table;
dishes cannot be substituted from the 'carte' or ordered separately.
 
Tartar of marinated tuna
scallops and lime, with Oscietra caviar,
soused turnip and beetroot,
Wasabi cream, honey and soy vinaigrette
