DELEGATE INFORMATION

Your 24-hour delegate rate is £350 per person and includes:   

  • Hire of our function rooms from 9am – 5pm
       
  • LCD projector, screen, flipchart and pens  
     
  • Mineral Water 
     
  • Morning/afternoon tea and coffee  
     
  • Working lunch with coffee  
     
  • 3-course two Michelin star dinner   
     
  • Luxury en-suite accommodation  
     
  • Full English breakfast

Your 8-hour delegate rate is £75 per person and includes: 

  • Hire of our function rooms
     
  • LCD projector, screen, flipchart and pens 
     
  • Mineral Water 
     
  • Morning/afternoon tea and coffee 
     
  • Working lunch and coffee

  • We would be happy to arrange a wide range of services for you including:
  • Transportation chauffeur driven cars, car hire, taxis and private helicopters and jets

Our dress code is smart casual and we ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans and trainers. For dinner in the evening we request that gents wear a shirt with a collar with a jacket preferred.   

Check-in - For 24-hour delegates we guarantee bedrooms to be ready by 2pm and kindly request guests to please help us to honour this undertaking for subsequent guests by observing the checkout time of 11am on the morning of departure.

Menus - For us to be able to offer parties of eight or more the opportunity to dine with us, we ask that the same menu for the whole party is chosen from the enclosed sample menu. As the sample menu reflects seasonal produce, this may be subject to slight changes at a later date. However, we will endeavour to be as true to your original selection as is seasonally possible.  Whilst we request that you choose the same menu for the whole party, we are always willing to create an additional menu for those with special dietary requirements.  We also require your menu and wine choices at least 14 days prior to the event. 

Our no smoking policy ensures that Gidleigh Park is always a pleasant place to spend time.
