

While Gidleigh Park was undergoing its lengthy renewal and refurbishment, Michael Caines and his team were developing new menus and dishes, with the aim of taking Gidleigh Park dining to an even higher level.
In addition to the seasonal à la carte menu, there are now two tasting menus, one that changes weekly, somewhat more innovative in approach and utilising produce that may have only the briefest season, the second a classic tasting menu that includes many of Michael’s most famous signature dishes.
