Dartmoor and the National Park are breathtaking throughout the year. Gidleigh Park is situated on the north bank of the river Teign in a magnificent estate of mature woodlands and gardens surrounded by the wilds and wilderness of Dartmoor.

Arrive at your leisure and be greeted with a glass of Champagne served in your room. Relax and enjoy the house and grounds in the afternoon with a Devon cream tea served before 5pm. After a two Michelin star dinner retire to one of our newly refurbished bedrooms in readiness for the day ahead.

After breakfast and armed with a touring map, your private car with guide will enable you to see the highlights of the moors and beyond. Stopping for lunch in one of the local villages and returning to Gidleigh Park in the afternoon, with the rest of your day at leisure to play tennis, croquet, walk the grounds or simply relax.
Enjoy dinner that evening before retiring. Breakfast is a leisurely affair and luggage can be stored should you wish to stay on a little longer.
