Within the grounds of Gidleigh Park there are various outdoor facilities, including a tennis court, a bowling green, championship croquet lawns and an 18-hole putting course designed by the legendary Peter Alliss.

This challenging course is tucked away in a sheltered corner and planted with lily ponds, ferns, heathers and azaleas.

Anglers can try their hand at fly-fishing on the North Teign River that runs through the estate.
