New Year 2010-11
Welcome in the New Year at Gidleigh Park in style with a luxurious three night stay to include a truly memorable 2 Michelin star Gala Dinner and black tie evening on New Year's Eve.
On New Year's Eve, we have arranged a Champagne tasting in the afternoon with our Head Sommelier, Edouard Oger. In the evening enjoy a sumptuous Gala Dinner created by Executive Head Chef Michael Caines MBE before joining fellow guests and staff to welcome in the New Year.
After a leisurely breakfast on New Year's Day we have organised a two hour guided walk across the moors with Phil Page who was the NCC/English Nature Site Manager on Dartmoor for over twenty years. Or if you prefer, start the New Year with a gentle stroll in the gardens before settling into one of our comfortable sofas by a roaring fire. A specially extended seasonal menu will be prepared for you to enjoy at dinner on New Year's Day.
Our New Year's Eve Break is for a minimum stay of three nights. The rates shown below are daily rates for double occupancy and include; à la carte dinner on one evening, the Gala Dinner on New Year's Eve and a specially extended seasonal menu on New Year's day, champagne tasting, guided walk and each morning; tea or coffee in your room and cooked or continental breakfast. Rates include Government tax with service being left to guest's discretion.
