We have three dog friendly rooms and heated kennels at Gidleigh Park.

The Pavilion is our idyllic thatched cottage which is approximately 350 yards from the main house.  It comprises of a two-bedroom interconnecting suite, each bedroom with its own bathroom. It also enjoys an open-plan sitting room with kitchen/diner, and a private veranda that runs the length of the cottage and overlooks the Gidleigh Park croquet lawn.

Bellever and Lydford are both located in the North Wing, which has a separate entrance 75 yards from the main door of house.

Bellever is a Master room with a king-sized bed and private balcony with panoramic views over the gardens and valley at the front of the house.

Lydford is a Deluxe room with a king-sized bed and a Juliette balcony overlooking the gardens and valley at the front of the house.

For your dogs comfort and your convenience we provide dog blankets, bowls, leads, poop bags and a torch for those late night and early morning walks. Whilst we ask that dogs do not come into the main house, they are most welcome in the 107 acres of the grounds and on the terraces.

Puppies and younger dogs are always very welcome to enjoy a break here at Gidleigh Park, however we have observed that they are sometimes a little playful in the bedrooms. We respectfully request that younger dogs travel with their own cages which they can stay in when they are left in the room alone. This will help the dogs to settle in unfamiliar surroundings and assist in avoiding any accidental damage. There is a £10 charge per night for your dog to stay in your room with you and no charge for them to use the kennels.
