Beesands crab, chorizo, samphire, tarragon and a lemon purée

Bocadon farm rosé veal
watercress purée, braised lettuce and a fricassée of mousseron mushrooms,
button onions with a Sherry cream sauce

star anise, orange braised chicory and orange scented sauce

Dartmoor lamb
boulangère potato and confit shoulder,

Fifty pence per meal is added to each account, and donated entirely to a local charity,
unless you request that we not do so.
