RESTAURANT
Sommelier - Duties - We have a great opportunity for a Sommelier to join the Restaurant Team at Gidleigh Park. As Sommelier you will be providing a professional and courteous service to guests and advise guests on wines from our cellar, of which we have approx. 1000 bins.
Reporting directly to the Head Sommelier, your main duties will be to assist guests in their choice of wines and beverages, support the Head Sommelier in selecting and maintaining the beverage stock and support the Junior Sommelier in their role. Previous experience as a Sommelier in a similar style property is essential, experience in a Michelin star environment would be an advantage.

FRONT OF HOUSE
Night Porter - Part Time, 2 nights per week and to cover holiday
Duties - Ensuring the security of the hotel at night and that guests requirements are met. Some housekeeping and administrative duties. You must be able to speak and understand written English. be enthusiastic, well presented, with good manners and good communication skills.

Housekeeping Supervisor - Duties - Applicants will assist the Head Housekeeper with the day to day running of the department. Applicants should be well presernted, and will work as part of a small and passionate team. You will be working as part of a dedicated team to the highest standard. You must be able to speak and understand written English to a high level. Must be able to drive and have your own transport.
Room Attendant - Duties - Applicants should be well presented, and will work as part of a small and passionate team who work hard to be the best of the best. Previous experience as a room attendant is preferred. You will be working as part of a small dedicated team to the highest standard. You must be able to speak and understand written English.
