HOUSEKKEPING
Deputy/Assistant Housekeeper - Duties - Assist with cleaning duties throughout the hotel. Support the Head Housekeeper with administrative duties, cover days off and holiday leave. Previous experience required. Good written and verbal English essential. Applicants should be well presented, and will work as part of a small and passionate team who work hard to be the best of the best.

RESTAURANT
Junior Head Waiter - To assist the restaurant manager in all areas. Candidates should be willing to learn, have relevant experience in one or two Michelin star properties. You will be working as part of a small dedicated team to the highest standard. You must be able to speak and understand written English. be enthusiastic, well presented, with good manners and good communication skills.

Head Kitchen Porter and Kitchen Porter - Duties - This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry, in a friendly environment.
