Born in south west France in 1980, Damien always wanted to work in the hotel and restaurant industry.
Edouard Oger M.S. has been Head Sommelier at Gidleigh Park since September 2008 and is responsible for an impressive 1,200 bins (11,000 bottles) of fine wines which cover a broad range of both Old and New World.
Exeter born and bred Scott has now been at Gidleigh Park since Andrew and Christina Brownsword reopened the hotel in 2006.
Andrew began working at Gidleigh Park in 1995 as one of the Gardening Team and in 2001 was promoted to Head Gardener.
